David Stearns - President
dstearns@gotconnect.com
Mr. Stearns founded the Company along
with Mr. Wayne and serves as its President.
He provides the strategic direction of
the company and is responsible for developing
and achieving Connect’s tactical plans
for building and maintaining a team thats
culture can achieve company objectives.
Prior to starting
connect wireless, Stearns has owned and
ran multiple companies in a variety of
different industries. After receiving
his BS in International Relations, he
has gone on to create several successful
business. His main focus is on the development
of his people and the ability to grow
these companies. He is married to his
wife Kristi and enjoys traveling, and
golf.

David Wayne - Vice
President

Mr. Wayne opened the 1st Connect Wireless
(then T3 Wireless) location in February
of 2002 as the company’s Vice President
and Co-Founder.
Under Wayne’s
vision and strong operational leadership
Connect Wireless has grown from 19 locations
throughout Southwestern Idaho and Colorado.
Wayne joined the
Wireless industry as a sales rep for AT&T
Wireless in 1997. Since that time he has
advanced in the industry holding the positions
of sales rep, sales manager, B2B account
executive, Operations Manager and Vice
President for 3 different wireless and
communication companies prior to the inception
of Connect Wireless.
Wayne holds a B.S. in Marketing from Boise
State University. He is married to his
wife Beckie and enjoys exercising, golf
and spending time with his son Mason.

Jade Wells -
Director of Sales and Operations

In the Fall of 2004 Jade Wells joined the
company as a Regional Director to oversee
the company’s development in its new Colorado
Market. From that time until the Summer
of 2007, Jade oversaw the opening of 10
locations, hiring and training of employees
and implementing procedures and processes
that not only had a positive influenced
on his market but on the entire company.
Because of his positive impact and leadership
ability, Jade was promoted to the Director
of Sales in 2007 to enhance the entire company’s
sales processes and outcomes.
Prior to entering the wireless industry,
Jade was the Coordinator of Sports Medicine
at Memorial Medical Center in Savannah,
GA. Under his leadership, this program was
created and implemented, which resulted
in improved community perception for the
hospital, increased referrals and medical
attention to athletes. Jade holds a BS in
Health/PE and an MEd from Georgia Southern
University and currently resides in Firestone,
CO with his wife Lisa.

Adam
Madsen - Director of Training and Business
Development

Adam Madsen joined the company in February
2002 as Sales Manager in Boise ID. Over
the course of the company’s growth, Adam
has held every position from retail sales,
Corporate Account Executive, Area Manager
and in the fall of 2004 he was promoted
to the Regional Director of the Idaho
market and Operations. Recently in 2007
Adam Madsen was named Director of Training
and Business Development and is responsible
for the development and execution of the
business sales program for Idaho and Colorado.
In his role as the Director of Business
Development, Adam heads up the Small Business
Account division and has been an active
member in the Boise Metro Chamber of Commerce
representing Connect in the business community
for the Treasure Valley.
Adam brings with over ten years in the
Wireless industry beginning with the Air
Touch Cellular Sales Support Department
in Portland OR in 1997. Since he has worked
with various major Wireless company’s
in the Pacific Northwest in Sales, Management,
B2B Account Executive, and now as the
Director of Training and Business Development
for Connect Wireless. Adam has lived in
Boise for 7 years and is an avid skier,
enjoys exercise, golf and life!
